One year on draught from balcony still not fixed. It is now two years five months since first reported. In my seventies and never free from a cold. It's a known fact that being in a draught is the worst thing for the health of old people. There is no satisfactory complaints service. No sense of concern or fairness. The corporate mission statement should read 'do nothing' whatsoever is reported to the estate officer receives absolutely no attention from her much less a solution. There is only so much that can blamed on covid. But I must say how unfortunate so many of together housing staff have succumbed to the virus. I wish them speedy recoveries almost as much as I wish my draught was cured, especially with a serious increase in heating and electricity Bill's due.
