Every year they say we do not put rents lightly ,but every year they put them by maximum they are allowed too by law . Be easy for them too keep rents down if they did not waste millions of pounds on doing jobs multiple times or leaving jobs cause more damage turning £50 pound job into thousands on numerous occasions . Latest job raining in around stack . Scaffold went up on April 14 2023 till up January 2024 after tenants reporting it numerous times. Job done in November 2023 . One day it took . What a waste of money scaffold being up that long , will have cost a fortune too have it up that long . List way too long too list were they have mega amounts of money . Which all get passed too tenants through the high rent increases they keep imposing on tenants. Tenants need start questioning these rent rises especially for the none you get . I can honestly say I have never in all my life dealt with a worse company . Looks like another CEO getting rewarded for failure
