I was highly impressed with the service I received by the gentleman who came to inspect the energy rating at my rented property. Duncan portrayed an amazing, well-mannered personality and explained his inspection in detail which made me feel comfortable. His prompt arrival ensured i wasnt delayed for my plans for the day and he politely asked if it was okay to carry out the inspection.
