I received my Tomboy X order yesterday, the day after TDoR, and two days after the shooting at Club Q in Colorado Springs. I have been grieving news of the shooting. It feels extra heavy as I've been embracing my butch non-binary identity more and more over the last year. Shopping for and receiving Tomboy X clothing has been one of the most gender-affirming experiences of my life. When my order arrived yesterday with six new pairs of briefs, I put on a pair and felt some of my grief and fear melt away. Pulling on my new briefs, I felt strong and seen and sexy and cherished for being exactly who I am. Tomboy X underwear and swimsuits have done more to help me embrace my true gender identity than I ever thought possible. The fit testing you do for fat bodies, and giving us the same options as our straight-sized queer and trans and nonbinary fam, makes me feel like I belong here.
