Awesome customer care, and both pieces are excellent. I'm reliably a M in men's underwear and usually a L in women's, but sometimes a M. My hips align with M but waist with L on the Tomboy x size chart, and in women's sizes that usually means M, but customer service suggested L and that was the right call, they are very comfortable and supportive.
