I am 5’ 4” and 118 pounds and wear a size 2 for context. I originally ordered a medium which was too big and wish I would have know before the purchase that the company offers a try before you buy feature. Return/replacing went smoothly though. I was looking for cotton underwear for bedtime that would not ride up. I wear these all the time! They are very comfortable and I like the band. I will definitely purchase more.
