WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH!!
I have been shopping online including Toni&Guy e-shop for almost all my beauty & hair essentials for many years. This is the first time when a customer service team persistantly did not want to help with a problem.
I was looking online for a few hair and face essentials and have noticed that with two Kerestase purchase they give a free Decleor tonic which sounded great so have made purchase.
When I received the package instead of the promised free gift there was another product which I do not use at all. So I have contacted them and I was told several times that it is their policy that although they advertise a certain free gift even without any notice they can withdraw the offer and send the customer something else or NOTHING. The last email I have received was saying that they have sent me this other free item instead of the one advertised on the website. I guess they expected me to be thankful for receiving anything from them!!!
If advertised you either give what is promised or make sure that it is clearly stated (and I am not talking about small print or company policies) that there is a possibilty that you may not receive what is promised!!
