The online offer sent as a flyer was a fabulous deal of but a shampoo and get the conditioner free. Having done this, and Toni & Guy quickly taking the money, I eagerly awaited the products arrival. Only the conditioner was dispatched. Now I’m locked in an email exchange to get the offer as prescribed.
Rubbish. Surely the depot knows that the offer is two products and wouldn’t just send one? Come on Toni & Guy, you can do better.
