Instead of receiving the 1000ml colour stay conditioner I ordered and paid for, I received a much smaller size. So I contacted the Toni & Guy returns people, who immediately sorted the problem and got the 1000ml delivered to me the next day. Fabulous service - even in the middle of a world wide crisis. Thank you so much.
