Ordered a 1000ml bottle online, but received a 300ml shampoo instead with no free conditioner. After a brief discussion with Customer Services and then the Returns department, a 1000ml of both the shampoo and conditioner was then received. Maybe not the best first time online experience, but the returns lady did take on board my concerns and resolved the issue promptly.
