I ordered one each of kerastase shampoo and conditioner and was amazed that two of each were delivered. This is obviously a mistake and so I have been trying to contact Tony & Guy to rectify and return the unwanted additional items, but to no avail. Please can you help. Apart from this, I cannot fault their delivery, very quick.
