I've made 10 purchases with Top 3D Shop at this point. Due to a disability, I can't drive. The delivery men were very kind to bring the 3D printer inside. Alec shared with me a special training pack, going into a lot of detail on how to operate the printer and best tips for maintaining it. I also joined the recommended facebook community who have also been very helpful and provided useful feedback on the prints. From then on, I’ve been constantly buying filaments, glue and some spare parts from Top3D. Their team has been very supportive throughout the process and exceeded my expectations.
