I’ve been wanting to buy QIDI for a long time. Decided to go with top3d after my friend’s recommendation. I don’t have many complaints either: they explained everything and even sent me a video guide for cleaning the extruder when it got jammed. The only problem is that the delivery was delayed by two days. They said that the problem was with FedEx. Other than that, everything is good.
