The good:
The reps are responding quickly and explaining everything to the full extent. Provided me with sample print examples, detailed photo and video reviews. Basically, they did all my research for me and I’m very thankful.
The bad:
Couldn’t track my order status using the website, so I had to contact their representative for updates.
