After 10 days, getting paperwork Notorized as requested, and 4 return visits to customer service, with no return calls as promised, STILL do not have activity passes. I’m 93 years old and our family has owned here 17 years and this is the best customer service they can offer? Shameful we have to work so hard during our vacation to just get pool and other priveleges. What AM I paying for?
