I purchased coaching sessions under the impression that I would be able to schedule a mock interview promptly, as my interview was in just a few days. However, a coach was not assigned to me until the day of my interview, and she had no availability before it. What good is coaching after my interview? If I had known in advance that I wouldn’t be able to schedule a session within my required timeframe, I would have never purchased the service. Now, I’m left with a completely useless package that does not serve its intended purpose. Additionally, there was no mention before purchasing that scheduling the first session might be delayed. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a service that people rely on for time-sensitive interview preparation. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to clarify availability first, as the scheduling process is misleading and does not prioritize urgent needs.
