I have tried so many lead gen programs and all of them required me to pay a lot of money and do more work, I signed up with top realty space 5 months ago and since i signed up with their pre-con program, i was getting over 100 qualified buyers with a closing ratio of 4%. I never paid them upfront or any of my commissions i only paid them for every lead the send me.
they even set up my calendar and integrated with my crm with $0. Highly recommended for agents who are looking to grow their business without the heavy marketing and advertising cost.
