Doing business with them has been a significant financial hardship for the past seven months due to their incredibly unfavorable commission arrangements. My account manager in particular has provided me with extremely poor customer service. When I want to withdraw money, they keep asking for more, which is really upsetting, and they don't know enough about trading. I needed to speak to A C T I N V S T L/T/D C/O/M in order to get everything back, even if everything was awful.
