Given all the reviews regarding Topshop and how they are processing orders and refunds (or not as the case maybe), I felt I had to write a review of my own personal experience. I placed two orders recently, one arrived within two days the other was delayed but it did arrive and I received an email apologising for the delay. I subsequently had to send two items back. I have just received a confirmation email to say that the refund of one of my items has been processed and confirmation via Paypal of a refund. The other item, I only returned this week so will have to wait and see on that one, but hopefully there will once again not be an issue. For me I have not had a problem with my orders, communication from Topshop and subsequent refund. Can't fault the service I have received. Thanks.
