I was very disappointed with the customer service delivered in Topshop today. As soon as I walked through the door I was questioned by a member of staff if I needed any help with anything and I must add that there was a very negative tone to their voice. I found this as being bad time management as i only walked through the door! Staff need more training on when to approach a customer.
