Told delivery would be 9 oclock the following day. Phone call at 9 on delivery day and told it would be 12:00. Chased up at 12:00 to be told 1:30. Frustrating as we had a trustee on site to ensure the safe went in the correct position, need to be kept up to date more. However, the engineer fitting the safe did a first class job, was really polite and friendly, even hoovered up behind himself. Great safe, great job, more delivery updates please.
