The item was damaged on arrival but having contacted you immediately and supplied photos of the damage and the condition of the packaging, by return I was supplied with a brand new item. That time there was more packaging around the item so it arrived in A1 condition.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this problem was sorted out.
