I did send an email to Kay the day I received the safe saying that I had 'safely' received the safe and how pleased I was.
She gave me excellent advice which helped me to buy a safe that is completely right for us. Totally happy . Perhaps that is why you are called Total Safes! I have to say she was much more helpful than a local shop we went into so I was pleased to buy from you. Love the safe. Shame it is not on display but hidden in a cupboard.
Would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends.
