We ordered a postbox with next day delivery on Thursday afternoon. We therefore expected delivery on Monday. On Monday we were staggered to receive an email acknowledgement of the order, (ie the day we should have received it) and informing us that there was a delay.
That should have been sent immediately on receipt of the order. We only ordered because of next day delivery.
