We were generally very happy with service and advice received over the phone/by e-mail and the advice from the surveyor who called was very sound. The delivery and fitting team were first class. They took a lot of trouble to ensure they did not damage the lawn, door sills and carpets which, considering the weight of the safe, was no mean feat. One ill-conceived e-mail spoiled a 5-star rating.
