I have had really great treatment with Ben at Total Health Care, he is so positive that it immediately makes you feel better! However he is very informative about any problems you may have and the treatment he has given my knees and feet has helped me so much. Very grateful. Also attending the Pilates class has built on my recovery, it is an excellent class.
