I had a detachable swan neck Towbar fitted to my Audi Q5 the service was excellent from the knowledge regarding the fitting when ordering over the phone to the actual fitting .Jason who fitted our towbar phoned the day before fitting to advise us he could visit earlier than the original time and ran through the process about the fitting,how long it should take and the what was involved he was very knowledgable and experienced fitting towbars, and on arrival he was friendly ,polite and did a very good job I would highly recommend this company for towbar fitting. 9/8/19
