Fortunately I did not get any further than your telephone operator, in Darlington. Dreadfully abrupt and came across rude and aggressive. Raised her voice just asking me what make of towbar I had. I was Not impressed and I am glad that she called me rude and rang off. Avoid this company. If they treat customers like this on a telephone, then my goodness what service do they provide.
