Don’t expect a refund... l returned some Barbour wellingtons as too small used their returns tracked label and post office receipt plus the Royal Mail delivered app and told by customer service should get my refund within 7-10 working days..
Three e mails to customer service later and 15 days after the app showing they had been delivered still no refund.. so l expect like most of the reviews on here l will have to fight for my £42.00 refund
