My partner brought a pair of Veju trainers for Xmas. Within 3 months the back of the heels had worn through. I asked customer services for help and they said as it wasn’t a “manufacturing fault” there could be no exchange. However wearing a pair of trainers weekly should last longer than this. Especially if you compare them with my running trainers which I work out in and run in 3-5 times a week last a year and then need replacing….. really disappointed and want other customers to know this issue so they can be considered where they are purchasing goods from
