Worst experience ever never loose you time , your money and respect .
An oculus of 1500 dhs was bought last year and before the warranty finished I informed them that the oculus has a glitch , they dragged me till after warranty ( literally I have been contacting them for 5 months ) and manager( Khalil) promised to help but no as his employees didn’t do anything and didn’t care about me putting a review although he was informed!
What a bad after sales customer service , and reputation !
I hope this will go to the higher management at least !
