After 6 months of ineffective and incompetent work from the Ombudsman. We were passed around no fewer than 5 times from a range of incompetent bureaucrats.
The investigation and analysis contained serious errors and was deliberately aimed at producing biased conclusions in favour of estate agents.
NO matter what they say - they will ALWAYS BE IN FAVOUR OF ESTATE AGENTS. Do not be deceived that they are independent. They are financed by estate agents.
