I found the web site easy to use. After placing my order I was advised by email the item was not ex stock but deliverable on a date a few days hence. The item arrived on the given date with no problem. I have been completely satisfied with the service from Trade Taps and commend the honesty of a real delivery date which was no problem for the progress of my project. I would use them again.
