Excellent customer service from start to finish. The product was at the best price we could find and yet still a high quality. The packaging was sturdy and protected our product well. The delivery communication was outstanding - even down to giving us a 2 hour time slot and the name of our driver - thank you! Can't fault this company, have been raving about Trade Taps to friends since our product arrived.
