I ordered a cistern 29th Jan and when it was all paid for I received an email saying they were out of stock and they will have more in 3-5 days and send it out AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. On day 6 I rang and they had only just come in, and they were unloading the pallet. I was told I would receive the package the next day - Friday. This did not happen, the cistern was posted from one of their other companies Idealbath, not in Oxon, but in Leicestershire !!?? and did not now arrive until the following Monday. 6 days later than I was informed on purchasing !!! Not pleased.
