very poor customer service: one of the item that they delivered had a part that was broken. When I contacted them they offered me to replace it, as "they strive to provide the best customer experience" - I was very positively impressed. Unfortunately what it should have taken 2 days is still going on 3 weeks later. After about 2 weeks I finally received the part, only to found out that they sent the wrong one. Third week in and I am still waiting for the part, and every time i contact them "Amy" sounds very stroppy and annoyed by the fact that I am chasing this up. At the end after a bit of research I found out the right part code so I contacted Geberit (the item producer) myself, paid for the part and express delivery (it all took only £20 and 2 days wait). What i found mostly disappointing is their lack of product knowledge and procurement processes: if they had told me on day one "this is the exact part code and this is how you can get it in 2 days" I would have gone for it. They are cheaper than others, true, but my experience with them hasn't been good at all. I won't be using them again
