Items (bathroom chinaware) competitively priced, as described, and arrived very quickly - within 3 days for standard order. Larger range of stock than local suppliers (e.g. cistern with lever rather than push button). One thing I hadn't realised was that the pedestal washbasin came without a pedestal - too expensive to order it separately because of the delivery charge, but I was able to obtain one locally.
