I would like to say how refreshing to be able to phone a company not have to go through an automated service to actually speak to someone straight away!
I phoned up about an enquiry and Amy needed to check how long my order would be as it was showing out of stock.
Amy called me back promptly to let me know.
The service has been fantastic and bathstore.com could learn a lot from this company!
I would most certainly recommend them and would use them again.
