I am still waiting for delivery of the toilet I ordered last week which was scheduled to arrive on 26th October. I chased up yesterday and was sent a follow-up email saying it would arrive on 31st. It didn't. I called this morning, and they couldn't explain what had happened, but said the toilet would be arriving not today but tomorrow. So, several phone calls and a week after ordering, I don't have a toilet that should have arrived 6 days ago. Really frustrating as it's holding up my renovation.
