I had ordered the same tap previously from a different supplier but they failed to notify me of a delay in supply of 3 weeks. I then found Trade Taps and a very helpful friendly lady on the telephone, who not only delivered the exact same tap I needed within 2 days but it was £10 cheaper too. Brilliant, thank you.
