On Thursday afternoon 4 September I was having difficulty ordering some taps via the internet so rang your firm to ask if I could order by telephone..
The lady who took my call was extremely efficient and told me that unfortunately I had just missed having my order delivered by courier but assured me that the taps would be delivered on Monday (today).
They have just arrived - so thank you very much for your help - just hope the plumber acts as quickly !!!!
