Despite the fact that the item I saw on the web site had an incorrect picture therefore what I received wasn't what I wanted, I was very pleased with the initial ordering and delivery and general email communication. And when the problem was eventually sorted I was given a refund for the faulty item. This sorting out did take a few days and if I had been in more of a hurry for the correct item I would have been a bit frustrated. Also if this had happened sooner I would definitely given at least 4 stars. However, I will certainly be using Trade Taps again. Rob Newby Plumbing Contractor
