Took 3 months to deliver the goods. Full of excuses. And always going to phone you back..... but never did.
Final insult was that the taps arrived with them on Friday and they were asked to send them out quickly.
Oh yes. We'll do that.
They arrived with me on Wed.
Delays, half truths, empty promises, and a total lack of customer focus.
