I rang Trade Taps as my plumber and decorator were unable to source a toilet seat which had been broken during the course of their work. Trade Taps were excellent, they telephoned the original manufacturer for me, to check which one I needed, and let me know how much time I had left during which I could get it delivered the next working day. The seat arrived on the day stated. Everything you would want from a firm delivering excellent customer service. I am still awaiting my plumber though …….
