Order No #4023161 dated 3.10.18
You took payment of £150.67 for a tap which is out of stock and have not replied to 2 e mails from me asking why you took payment knowing you had no tap. Tap is due back in stock on 22.10.18 according to the vague reply you gave me on 10.10.18, which was marked "Complete" !!!.
Please either arrange for urgent delivery of tap or refund my payment.
