The item I ordered had parts missing. These things happen but it was a nightmare trying to get Trade Taps to source and deliver either a replacement item or the missing parts. Eventually I asked for a refund which was agreed, but despite returning the item, it was more work by me to actually get the money refunded. The problem seems to be one of total inefficiency rather than a lack of honesty.
It's not how a company does when the order goes right that counts but how they perform when something goes wrong!
Seriously life is to short to waste this much of it on what should have been a simple transaction!
