I found a product I was looking for at a reasonable price. However it took several weeks for them to be delivered as they were not in stock. Then I was not given any time window for the delivery! So I am expected to sit around my house the entire day waiting for the delivery... This is really inconvenient - no other retailer that I have bought from requires this. They usually at least contact me the day before to provide a 2-hour window.
