Dealing with Stevie was great and she sorted out our delivery issue, for that thanks Stevie.
Regarding the delivery of the cistern, it was all a bit of a shambles, but these things happen and I guess your were moving at the time. However I would suggest that this is an area you review and ensure you communicate better with your customers in situations like this in future. It is not what happens, it is how you deal with your customers.
