This review is based solely on the ordering and delivery processes which were both expedited to my satisfaction. I was contacted the day after placing my order and agreed a delivery date. I was provided with a time window (of one hour) for the agreed delivery day and I received my order on that day and within the window. My order - a Grohe AVENSYS Modern Dual Control Exposed Shower Valve - has yet to be fitted and so, I cannot comment on the product itself. If allowed, I will update my review once the shower valve has been fitted.
