I recently purchased an Armitage Shanks flat bath panel. I had no problems at all with delivery but the panel is completely floppy. Even the delivery man commented upon it. I immediately telephoned to complain but the only recourse open was to send it back. Plumber waiting to fit bath. I have had to purchase some thin hardboard to stick it on to. Not happy paying over £50 for a flat piece of white thin, floppy plastic! NOT HAPPY.
